COMO5: COntinuous MOnitoring of patients with chronic disease via 5G

The COMO5 use case aims at demonstrating how 5G advancements can be exploited to further improve the management of patients with chronic diseases by implementing novel approaches to telemedicine that involve not only continuous monitoring but also real-time data collection / analysis and live interaction with healthcare professionals.
