Role

TID will be supporting the execution of trials running on the Spanish cluster. These trials will cover the use cases of the three in-project vertical domains. Furthermore, TID is WP5 Leader and will implement a methodology based on design thinking for user research, new products and services ideation and iterative validation of prototypes and trials with users.

TID is the innovation company of the Telefónica group, contributing to the group’s competetiviness and modernity through technological innovation. It is one of the most active companies in Europe in terms of European research projects in the ICT sector. TID staff has long experience in new network architectures, technologies and protocols capabilities enabling service innovation, with customer-facing products and services scoping B2B and B2B2C market. Last not but least, TID is a founding member of the 5TONIC innovation lab, which has hosted a large number of validation activities.
